We hope you love your pallacorda® products, but if something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Returns Conditions

We offer a 28-day returns policy, meaning you have 28 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition & packaging.

Final Sale & Clearance Items

Final Sale and Clearance items can be returned within 28 days of delivery, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are arranged through our online returns portal, where the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@pallacorda.co.uk immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
